Our evidence-based approach uses proven cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to help you better understand and manage both anger and substance use. This program has supported thousands of individuals in building healthier coping skills and creating lasting change. Political Stress and Anxiety can quickly close in on us. Every day brings new challenges and new information.
Join us as we work through mindfulness, meditation and resilience strategies.
Each week we will focus on a new or different method to bring clear focus to boundaries, our direction, and even navigate relationships that have been impacted by political stressors.
