I am a Certified Bowenwork Master Practitioner. Bowenwork is an advanced holistic therapy that resets the nervous, musculoskeletal, and fascial systems. Bowen is gentle but powerful, using rolling movements on specific areas of the body to stimulate the nervous system and activate the body’s natural healing process. It’s incredibly effective for a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal issues, migraines, sinus issues, anxiety, stress, adrenal fatigue, respiratory and digestive issues, reproductive, pregnancy-related issues, and more.
