Welcome. I’m happy to see you here.

McKenzie Haenke, CSWA

Clinical Social Worker Associate

I am McKenzie, a Clinical Social Worker Associate.

Being a human is hard right now! I believe we’re living in a time where everyone can benefit from therapy, not just those with a mental health diagnosis. I specialize in helping adults 18+ process and feel their feelings, develop self-compassion and self-love, and better understand the beliefs and patterns that shape their life.

I utilize concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Nonviolent Communication, and Mindfulness/Meditation. I also like to incorporate a spiritual perspective into my practice, so if that is a part of your life or something you’d like to explore further, we may be a good fit.

My approach is gentle, compassionate, and nonjudgemental. My number one priority is to ensure you feel safe, seen, and supported throughout our work together. If you have any questions or want to learn more about my approach, please reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consult

What can I expect if I come to see you?

It is my #1 priority to ensure that you feel safe, supported, and valued throughout counseling. My approach is gentle, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and person-centered. I genuinely care about your healing and growth and will create a safe space for you to process your thoughts and feelings, as well as develop self-compassion and healthy coping skills.
